Processing Time

Product orders placed on our site can take 5-7 business days to be shipped out. Standard delivery is 5 to10 business days. Delivery times may be affected by seasonal carrier volume.
Shipping Rates

The rates charged for the shipping of your order are based on the total weight of your product order. Before the final checkout page, you will be shown the cost of shipping and handling. Product orders over $200.00 will qualify for free standard shipping. Shipping rates are subject to change based on current carrier rates and seasonal surcharges. Although we are not responsible for any increases, we make every effort to minimize the effects on our customers.

After the tracking number is provided by the carrier, the tracking number with a direct link will sent to the email associated with your order.

Return & Exchange Policy

Exchanges for the same product will be made for products that may have been damaged in transit.

Returns of all unopened products** may be returned within (30) days of delivery for a full refund, less shipping, and handling.

Products returned more than thirty (30) days from the delivery date are not eligible for a refund.

Packages returned due to unsuccessful deliveries (i.e., three (3) delivery attempts, customer moved, customer provided incorrect or incomplete address) may be subject to additional shipping and handling charges to have the product resent.
